Our Nursing Staff
Pilgrims Way nursing staff are kind, caring and highly motivated. They are able to identify and communicate with residents with a range of different needs.
The management team are responsible for the smooth running of the home. They are supported by a team of fully qualified and experienced nurses who are, in turn, supported by dedicated carers and domestic staff. Together, we ensure that all the needs and requirements of our clients are met.
We employ high numbers of healthcare staff to look after our residents, ensuring each person has the freedom and independence to move around and go out on visits. Our nursing staff are all fully professionally trained, qualified and able to care for a wide range of needs.
We understand the requirements of those suffering from a range of disabilities and illnesses. In addition, professional medical advice is always available from visiting medical specialists. We have an ongoing training programme to ensure our nursing staff keep up to date with the best care practices.
